Dr. Michael A. Henry, M.D.
Reproductive Endocrinologist

Michael A. Henry, M.D. is originally from the Indianapolis area and graduated from Butler University and Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his OB/GYN residency at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis and received his fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Henry is board certified in obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility and has been practicing in Indianapolis since 1996. Dr. Henry is truly an extraordinary physician to work for. He is a very kind man, is a great listener and takes a genuine interest in his office staff. This attitude carries on to the first-rate way he cares for his patients and how he listens and understands each and every patient's individual needs.

Danielle Tat, DNP, FNP-BC

Danielle is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, practicing in reproductive health and infertility. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Indiana University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Purdue University. Danielle's background as a nurse has influenced her professional philosophy as a nurse practitioner. She emphasizes personalized care and is committed to empowering every patient with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their health.

Erin Henry, RN

Erin, Dr. Henry’s wife, is one of our part time nurses. She helps on Friday mornings when Dr. Henry sees patients in Indianapolis and assists Dr. Henry in the OR during his surgeries throughout the week. She has worked for Henry Fertility off and on since 2001. She took a break in 2010 to be home with the children and has returned now that they are all finally in school.

Together she and Dr. Henry have 5 children and three big dogs. They love to travel as a family and enjoy exploring the outdoors.  Outside of being a busy mom, Erin likes to paint in her spare time.

Megan Flagle, RN

Megan is one of our part-time nurses.  She works the clinic with Dr. Henry when he has patients scheduled in Indianapolis. She handles patient intake, and explains treatment processes ordered by Dr. Henry during patient appointments.  She worked with Henry Fertility as a full-time nurse from 2006-2012 and returned to us in 2018 as a part time nurse.  She enjoys interacting with the patients and being able to support them through their journey to create families.

Megan grew up in Anderson, Indiana and attended Indiana University and IUPUI. She has two young girls and her husband, Josh is a firefighter. When she is not working and busy being a mom, she enjoys health and fitness, blueberries, and relaxing with family. She played intramural soccer in college and rode for the Little 500 while she was at IU.

Jeni Kerstiens, LPN

Jeni is one of our full-time nurses.  She does everything from ultrasounds, labs, office procedures, to cycle set ups and patient counseling. She has been with Henry Fertility since 2015,but has been a nurse for over 22 years. Her favorite thing about her job is being a part of a great team. She loves to be a part of creating families and getting to visit with and hold all the babies that come to visit!

She comes to us from a family practice in southern Indiana near Ferdinand, where she grew up.  She grew up on a farm and has 4 brothers and sisters. That is where she gets her hard work ethic!  She has two teenage children that keep her busy and happy. She is involved in Autism Awareness and loves spending time with her family.  

Peggy Bobbitt

Phlebotomist

Peg is our Staff Phlebotomist and Lab Coordinator taking care of all the phlebotomy and lab functions.   She was born and raised in Chicago into a family of 6 siblings. She has 2 boys and 5 grandchildren that bring her so much joy.  She earned her certification as a Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) in 1994 from CLC and did her externship at a Pediatric clinic in Oak Park, IL where she worked for 3 years.  She then relocated to Indiana, where she worked for the South Bend Medical Foundation for 4 years. Her primary work involved STAT testing in their STAT Lab along with being their hospital float where she would float between two major hospitals. She then came to work for Diabetes and Endocrinology in 2001 which turned into IU Health and worked her way up to a Clinical Lab Technician where she has been for the past 20 years.  She is a firm believer in hard work and being a team player.  She enjoys what she does every day surrounded by a great team that has lots of love and compassion for our patients and one another.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
